¶ Overview
The Count Instructions view is used to view and manage Count Instructions as generated by various other stock take functions
The following processes are managed by this view:
¶ Definition
The Master data for this view represents the individual count instructions as found in the Stock Count Tables
The View also consists of a number of detail views that will present the granular details for the individual count instruction lines data from generating instructions for the execution of the stock count processes.
It has the following key functions:
- View Count instruction (headers and lines)
- Assign instructions to scanners
The Count Instructions view has all the default features as defined in the Qwix Portal Features for views.
¶ Count Headers (Master)
The Master data for the Count Instruction view lists all the count instructions that have not been archived.

| NAME | The Name of the Count Instruction Header (From Cycle counts, discrepancy and ADHOC) |
| DATE | Date of the Count header (Typically the date it was created) |
| REFERENCE | Additional Count Header Reference |
| PRIORITY | Priority of the Count header (Ranking order of execution on scanners) |
| ALLOW ADHOC | a Flag indicating if this header allows the creation of additional ADHOC lines from the scanner |
| STATUS | Count Instruction header Status (0,1,2) |

¶ Assign to Scanner
This action allows the user to select one or more Count Headers, and Assign all the incomplete lines lined to the header to the selected scanner.
Pre-requisites:
- An Instruction Header row must be selected
- The Instruction Header status must be Incomplete (0)
Parameters:
- Scanner - Select the scanner you want to assign the instructions to

| STATUS | Count Instruction Status (0,1,2) |
| BIN | The Bin (Bin code as instructed, or as counted for ADHOC) |
| ITEM | The Item (Item code as instructed, or as counted for ADHOC) |
| DESCRIPTION | The Item Description |
| BATCH | The Batch Number (Bach number as instructed, or as counted for ADHOC) |
| PACKAGE/PALLET | The Package/Pallet Number if this was a Package Line |
| USER | The User the executed/completed the instruction |
| SCANNER | The Scanner (Mobile device) that the instruction is assigned to, or which completed the instruction |
